In 1991, Director Andrew Piddington directed the feature film ‘Shuttlecock

This astonishing film based on Graham Swift’s novel, “Shuttlecock,” captures the essence of Swift’s unmercifully precise but poignant dissection of a father/son relationship in a series of emotionally brutal outbursts and nightmarish flashbacks before pulling both men to a point of resolution – for good or ill.

24 years later, the original, staring Lambert Wilson (Matrix Revolutions and Reloaded) will now have extra scenes added along with further reinforcements to an already excellent cast. The newest addition being David Oakes (The Borgias). Look out for the title ‘Sins of a Father’ coming soon…

As part of the production team I can safely say the additional scenes filmed, along with the fantastically rich locations, will add great substance to this already powerful and gritty film.
